Subject: [ANNOUNCE] libbsd 0.7.0 released To: ftp-release@lists.freedesktop.org Cc: libbsd@lists.freedesktop.org Hi! This release includes some pending bug fixes and several new functions and modules imported from various BSDs. It also removes one instance of a hard-coded requirement for glibc, to make it easier to use or port it to other libc:s around. Reports of build failures or patches for ports to other libc:s more than welcome. Of note is the omission of a reworked arc4random() switching it to ChaCha. The idea is to include it during the 0.7.x series, but pushing this release out now to not delay it even more.
